I work with organisations, primarily but not exclusively in the education and third sectors, and help them get results and improve in areas such as leadership development, change management or team cohesion.

Now more than ever, organisations are facing major challenges to keep up staff morale, motivation and engagement whilst looking after their employees and figuring out their future strategy and plans in a constantly changing environment. Many leaders and managers are feeling they need to better support their teams and protect their wellbeing and mental health - at the same time as being asked to do more, or work differently, often with reduced resources.
