One-to-one coaching

One-to-one coaching is currently offered online via Zoom and the programme is always tailored to your needs. The sessions are 60 minutes long and the investment for a one-off session is £160.

There is no prescribed number of sessions and each session will bring you benefits. However, I’d usually recommend a minimum of 4 - 6 sessions and most clients opt for one of the two options below (3 or 6 months of support). If you really want to see a difference and benefit from a sustained change, 3 to 6 months is usually long enough to make progress.

We will discuss your needs in the discovery call and I can guide you on how many sessions would likely be appropriate for you to reach your goal. It all ultimately depends on many factors, including what you want to achieve, your commitment to the process inside as well as outside of the sessions etc.
