What is coaching?

Coaching is a structured conversation between the coach and the client which aims to empower individuals to help them reach their goals. 

It focuses on the ‘here and now’ and on providing clarity and improving your performance. Your coach will ask questions, listen to you, find out about your challenges and support and guide you to reach your goals and aspirations.


Is coaching right for me?

Are you stuck? Unsure of your next steps? Feeling overwhelmed or lost? 

Not confident enough? Doubting yourself? Feeling that you’re not on the right path? Not being able to move forward? Are you achieving less than you’re capable of? In a ‘post-COVID paralysis’ unable to decide what next?

If you answered yes to any of the above, coaching can definitely support you and help you to be the best version of you.

How does it work?

You will be encouraged to make your own decisions and take responsibility for them. Your coach will usually not give you advice or suggestions on what you should do but will help you to formulate your next steps and will hold you accountable for taking action. All coaching is currently delivered online or by phone.

Are we a right fit?

Before any coaching starts, you will have a free 30-minute discovery call where we agree whether and how we will work together. You’ll get a good feel for my coaching and we will establish whether and how I can help you. We both need to be right for each other.
